Details on the Seahawks’ injury situation heading into their Week 5 game against the 49ers.

The Seattle Seahawks returned to practice on Wednesday to prepare for their Week 5 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers, releasing their initial injury report. Defensive lineman Leonard Williams was a limited participant after avoiding serious injury against the Chargers, while safety Ty Okada participated fully following a four-game hamstring absence. Linebacker Chazz Surratt was the only Seahawk sidelined due to injury.
Several Seahawks were limited, including Zach Charbonnet, Irv Charles, George Holani, Tyrice Knight, Nehemiah Pritchett, and Beau Stephens. For San Francisco, defensive end Nick Bosa and fullback Kyle Juszczyk did not practice due to knee injuries, while receiver Mike Evans was limited with a rib injury.
