Injury updates from Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald ahead of his team’s Week 8 game against the Bears.

Seattle Seahawks running back Zach Charbonnet will make his 2026 season debut against the Chicago Bears on Monday night after recovering from a torn ACL. Coach Mike Macdonald confirmed that Charbonnet has no injury designation. Fellow running back Jadarian Price also returned to practice, though he requires a roster activation by Monday afternoon to play.
The Seahawks ruled out left tackle Charles Cross, receiver Rashid Shaheed, and running back Velus Jones Jr., while linebacker Uchenna Nwosu is doubtful. Josh Jones will start at left tackle in place of Cross, and newly acquired guard Quenton Nelson is preparing for his team debut.
