Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles is facing questions about his future after a rough start to the season, but former Buccaneers cornerback Rondé Barber believes the team should give him time to work through their problems. The debate…

Tampa Bay Buccaneers legend Rondé Barber has defended head coach Todd Bowles against fan calls for his firing following a tough start to the season. Speaking on The Rondé Barber Show, Barber dismissed social media pressure and argued that the franchise should give Bowles time to resolve the team's issues internally rather than making a midseason coaching change.
The defense came around the Buccaneers securing their first win of the season, a 24-16 victory against the Dallas Cowboys on October 8. Rookie quarterback Jalon Daniels stepped in for the injured Baker Mayfield, while running back Bucky Irving rushed for 165 yards and two touchdowns to help relieve immediate pressure on Bowles.
