Tennessee Titans wide receiver Carnell Tate has been officially ruled out of Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals due to a shoulder injury. The rookie pass-catcher is quarterback Cam Ward's top target, having recorded 34 receptions for 413 yards and one touchdown through the first seven games of the season.
The 1-6 Titans enter the matchup as 12.5-point underdogs under head coach Robert Saleh. Following the game in Cincinnati, Tennessee has a bye week, which is expected to provide Tate with additional recovery time ahead of a potential Week 10 return.
