The Tennessee Titans now hold two first-round picks in 2027 after shipping Jeffery Simmons to Chicago. I fired up the A to Z Sports mock draft simulator to see what that haul could look like.

Austin Stanley projected the Tennessee Titans' four-round 2027 NFL mock draft selections following the franchise's trade of defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons to the Chicago Bears. In the simulation, Stanley selected Texas edge rusher Colin Simmons at second overall to replenish the defensive front. The Titans received Chicago's 2027 and 2028 first-round selections and a 2027 fourth-round pick in exchange for Jeffery Simmons and a 2028 fifth-round pick.
Using the traded capital and Tennessee's native picks, Stanley selected Iowa interior offensive lineman Kade Pieper at No. 25 and Tennessee defensive tackle Xavier Gilliam at No. 34. Stanley concluded the four-round simulation by drafting Virginia Tech tight end Luke Reynolds at No. 66, Houston wide receiver Amari Thomas at No. 103, and Indiana cornerback Jamari Sharpe at No. 126.
