Leading up to last year’s trade deadline, Tony Pollard was among the members of the Titans who drew interest. The veteran running back is once again seen as a candidate for an in-season move.
Tennessee Titans running back Tony Pollard is once again viewed as a potential in-season trade candidate ahead of the trade deadline, according to ESPN's Dan Graziano. With the Titans sitting at 0-3 and facing low playoff expectations, the 29-year-old veteran could become an appealing target for contending clubs seeking backfield help.
Pollard is in the final season of a three-year free agent contract signed in 2024 and carries a $6.74 million base salary. An acquiring team would only take on the prorated remainder of that contract. Through three games this season, Pollard has recorded 195 scrimmage yards while averaging 4.6 yards per rushing attempt.
