Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels criticized his team's slow start despite their 27-10 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday night. After falling behind 10-0 early, Daniels addressed the offense on the sideline, calling their initial execution unacceptable. The Commanders subsequently rallied with 27 unanswered points to secure the divisional win.
Daniels completed 16 of 29 passes for 217 yards and one touchdown, while adding 23 rushing yards. The win moved Washington to a 2-4-1 record, keeping them in contention within a struggling NFC East division ahead of their matchup against the Los Angeles Rams.
