4 Buffalo Sabres who made all the difference on the recent road trip

The Buffalo Sabres completed a successful three-game West Coast road trip with consecutive victories against the San Jose Sharks, Anaheim Ducks, and Los Angeles Kings. Writer Brandon Croce highlighted Tage Thompson, Zach Benson, Sam Carrick, and Mattias Samuelsson as the key contributors to Buffalo's three-game winning streak ahead of their upcoming matchup against the Ottawa Senators.

Croce noted that Thompson recorded eight points and earned NHL First Star of the Week honors, while Benson added two goals and four assists after being elevated to Thompson's line. Carrick provided physical stability on the fourth line after returning from injured reserve, and Samuelsson led the team defensively with 13 blocked shots over the three-game stretch.
