Instant Reaction: Mistakes snowball on Flames in loss to Kraken

The Calgary Flames dropped their third consecutive game of the season, falling 6-1 to the Seattle Kraken at Climate Pledge Arena. Seattle capitalized on defensive errors early, scoring three goals within the opening eight minutes through Berkly Catton, Mackie Samoskevich, and Bobby McMann against Flames goaltender Dustin Wolf.

Seattle added two more goals in the second period courtesy of Shane Wright and Samoskevich's second of the night. Morgan Frost ended Joey Daccord's shutout bid late in the third period on a Calgary power play, before Jordan Eberle scored shortly after to seal Seattle's 6-1 victory.
