Calgary Flames head coach Ryan Huska provided updates regarding injured forwards Jonathan Huberdeau, Sam Honzek, and Brennan Othmann ahead of Friday's game against the Anaheim Ducks. Huberdeau practiced in a regular jersey after previously using a non-contact sweater following March hip resurfacing surgery. While Huska noted there is no set return date yet, the progression marks an important step toward his eventual return to game action.
Meanwhile, Honzek has skated for several days after suffering an early-season lower-body injury, and Othmann joined Friday's morning skate as day-to-day. Both Huberdeau and Honzek remain on injured reserve.
