With the Blackhawks season going awry, insider Elliotte Friedman shared his thoughts on what the organization could be thinking.

NHL insider Elliotte Friedman reported that the Chicago Blackhawks are likely to explore roster trades rather than make management or coaching changes. Speaking on the DMase, Vingan & Daunic podcast on November 5, Friedman noted that general manager Kyle Davidson and coach Jeff Blashill are unlikely to be dismissed amidst the team's ongoing struggles.
The Blackhawks hold a 4-12-1 record and are enduring a five-game losing streak following a 4-1 loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning. Friedman's remarks align with earlier reporting from Daily Faceoff's Frank Seravalli, who indicated Davidson has been searching the market for shoot-first wingers with size.
