The Dallas Stars have recalled forwards Matthew Seminoff and Dylan Hryckowian from the AHL's Texas Stars ahead of Sunday's game against the New York Islanders. This marks the first NHL regular season call-up for both players. According to Owen Newkirk of DLLS Sports, both forwards could see ice time due to Sam Steel's expected absence and David Perron being questionable.
Both skaters have produced at a point-per-game pace early this season for Texas, with Hryckowian tallying eight points and Seminoff registering seven. Seminoff, who rebounded from a slow professional start with a 50-point campaign last season, will become the 39th skater with ECHL experience to play in the NHL this season upon making his debut.
