The Detroit Red Wings have no choice but to rebound from their disappointing 5-4 setback on Saturday afternoon when they face two straight divisional opponents on the road starting on Monday evening.

The Detroit Red Wings aim to bounce back from a 5-4 collapse against the St. Louis Blues as they start a two-game road swing against the Florida Panthers on Monday night. Detroit squandered a two-goal lead entering the third period on Saturday, prompting head coach Todd McLellan to internally address the team's mistakes ahead of consecutive divisional matchups against Florida and the Tampa Bay Lightning.
McLellan highlighted that the team is continuing to adapt to a new neutral-zone system designed to increase offensive zone time. Detroit will insert forward John Leonard into the lineup for Nate Danielson following Leonard's call-up from Grand Rapids, while former Panthers goaltender Daniil Tarasov is scheduled to start in net against his former team.
