The Detroit Red Wings and forward Dylan Larkin remain deadlocked in their positions as his trade request continues to drag on.

Detroit Red Wings center Dylan Larkin and the organization remain in a stalemate regarding a potential trade, according to Sportsnet insider Elliotte Friedman. Larkin requested a trade after growing disappointed with the team, and while he expanded his acceptable destination list from three to 10 teams, he has refused to expand it further.
Several interested clubs, including the Montreal Canadiens and Boston Bruins, are reportedly absent from Larkin's approved trade list. The Red Wings are reluctant to accept current offers from the approved teams, leading both sides into an entrenched standoff that has reportedly turned personal.
