Brady Tkachuk makes his highly anticipated return to Ottawa tonight in what should be a hostile enviroment. While his former teammates are fairly divided on how to feel about him, Tim Stutzle has thrown shade at Tkachuk and did so…
Ottawa Senators forward Tim Stutzle took verbal jabs at former teammate Brady Tkachuk ahead of Tkachuk's return to Ottawa with the Florida Panthers. When asked why he did not join teammates Drake Batherson and Jake Sanderson for dinner with Tkachuk, Stutzle claimed he stayed home because he has a personal chef. Stutzle instead openly praised another former teammate, Lars Eller, stating it was great to see him.
Tkachuk's departure via trade to Florida left lingering frustration among several Senators players and fans, with Thomas Chabot also previously voicing irritation. The upcoming matchup between the Senators and Panthers is anticipated to feature a hostile atmosphere as Tkachuk faces his former team for the first time in Ottawa.
