Carolina also called up forward Skyler Brind’Amour and sent down forward Bradley Nadeau.

The Carolina Hurricanes have activated forward Seth Jarvis off the injured reserve list during their five-game road trip. Jarvis, who missed the start of the season recovering from offseason shoulder surgery, is scheduled to make his season debut on Thursday against the Edmonton Oilers. Along with the activation, Carolina recalled Skyler Brind'Amour from the AHL's Chicago Wolves and reassigned Bradley Nadeau.
Jarvis recorded 66 points in 71 regular-season games last year before helping Carolina win the Stanley Cup with 11 playoff points. The 24-year-old winger also competed for Canada at the 2026 Winter Olympics. The Hurricanes currently lead the Metropolitan Division with an 8-2-1 record.
