The Carolina Hurricanes have activated veteran winger Taylor Hall from injured reserve, according to a team announcement. In a corresponding roster transaction, Carolina reassigned forward Skyler Brind'Amour to the AHL's Chicago Wolves ahead of their upcoming game against the Boston Bruins.
Hall had been sidelined since sustaining an upper-body injury against the Washington Capitals on October 13. Before the injury, the 34-year-old recorded three goals and five points in eight games. Meanwhile, Brind'Amour returns to the AHL after appearing in two scoreless games while filling in for the injured Mark Jankowski.
