Our weekly LA Kings prospect update returns for the first time this season. If you read these in previous seasons, you know the drill. If you’re new and reading this for the first time, I’ll go over this segment.
The weekly Los Angeles Kings prospect update returned with forward Liam Lefebvre highlighted as the prospect of the week. The 19-year-old recorded three goals and two assists across two games for the QMJHL's Cape Breton Eagles, bringing his early-season total to seven points in four games after standing out in Kings training camp.
The feature introduced format changes, excluding Alexander Dergachyov, Bulat Shafigullin, and Jack Hughes from future reports. Moving forward, the weekly tracker will monitor Kings prospects across junior leagues, collegiate programs, minor leagues, and international competitions.
