Minnesota Wild Dealt News on Ex-Maple Leafs Goalie Before Lightning Game

Tampa Bay Lightning head coach Jon Cooper confirmed that former Toronto Maple Leafs goaltender Dennis Hildeby will start in net against the Minnesota Wild on Saturday night. The Western Conference-leading Wild will counter with goaltender Calvin Pickard, marking Pickard's first home start of the season.

Hildeby holds a 2-0-1 record with a 2.98 GAA in three games since joining Tampa Bay in a July trade. Meanwhile, Minnesota reassigned forward Mason Shaw ahead of the contest, with forwards Marcus Foligno and Nic Foligno expected to return to the lineup.
