According to The Athletic's Pierre LeBrun, the Minnesota Wild are aggressively pursuing Dylan Larkin and have offered the Detroit Red Wings several packages, including multiple first-round picks.

Minnesota Wild general manager Bill Guerin has reportedly submitted multiple trade offers to the Detroit Red Wings for center Dylan Larkin. Detroit recently suspended Larkin without pay after he requested a trade and decided not to play until moved. However, the Red Wings have resisted Minnesota's packages because they feature draft picks and future assets rather than the immediate NHL talent Detroit desires.
Detroit is reportedly seeking young center Danila Yurov, whom Minnesota is reluctant to part with in any trade. Acquiring Larkin's $8.7 million annual cap hit would also require the Wild to move salary, potentially involving players like Ryan Hartman or goaltender Filip Gustavsson.
