Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, Lane Hutson, Ivan Demidov… The Canadiens are no longer short on talent. But if Sidney Crosby had to choose just one, it wouldn't be any of these four players.
Pittsburgh Penguins captain Sidney Crosby named Juraj Slafkovsky as the Montreal Canadiens' biggest weapon during an interview with TVA Sports. Crosby highlighted the 22-year-old Slovak forward's size, physicality, vision, and multifaceted scoring ability over other prominent teammates such as Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, Lane Hutson, and Ivan Demidov.
Slafkovsky, who recently posted a 73-point season for Montreal, expressed deep appreciation for Crosby's praise and noted it provides extra motivation. The Canadiens are scheduled to face the Penguins in their upcoming matchup.
