Key Hartford Wolf Pack storylines ahead of 2026-27 AHL season

The Hartford Wolf Pack enter the 2026-27 AHL season with a remodeled roster and new head coach Jay Leach following a last-place finish. New York Rangers top prospects Liam Greentree and Cole Beaudoin join the team alongside seasoned veterans such as Taylor Raddysh, Urho Vaakanainen, and Glenn Gawdin as Hartford prepares to open their campaign with a weekend back-to-back.

Leach takes over behind the bench with assistance from Bob Woods and John Stevens, prioritizing pace and competitiveness. While forward Adam Sykora is sidelined for four to five months with a lower-body injury, the organization aims to balance prospect development with a return to winning form.
