The Philadelphia Flyers have announced that goaltender Dan Vladar will start in net against the Boston Bruins on Saturday. Despite Joseph Woll delivering a strong performance in the Flyers' previous game against the Ottawa Senators, Philadelphia is turning back to Vladar as they search for their first victory of the season.
The Flyers enter the contest struggling with an 0-3-2 record and a minus-13 goal differential. Vladar has also endured a difficult start to the campaign, posting an 0-2-0 record alongside a 5.12 goals-against average and an .863 save percentage across his first two appearances.
