All-pro linebacker remains hospitalized after a frightening on-field collision left him immobilized during Sunday's game against the Vikings…

The Detroit Lions announced that preliminary indications are positive for linebacker Jack Campbell, who remains hospitalized following an apparent neck injury. Campbell suffered the injury during the fourth quarter of Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings while tackling tight end T.J. Hockenson. Lions head coach Dan Campbell confirmed on Monday that Campbell is resting and recovering, describing the initial updates as positive news while asking fans to keep praying.
Campbell was immobilized, placed on a backboard, and carted off the field before being transported to a local hospital for monitoring. The Lions held on to defeat the Vikings 19-15 to improve to 5-2 on the season, with players and coaches from both teams voicing their support and prayers for the injured linebacker.
