NHL Rumors: Nashville Predators, and Potential Nikita Kucherov Destinations

NHL rumors highlight potential trade and free agency landing spots for Tampa Bay Lightning winger Nikita Kucherov, alongside an update on Nashville Predators prospect Egor Surin. ESPN's Greg Wyshynski notes that Lightning GM Julien BriseBois faces salary cap challenges regarding a future extension for Kucherov, potentially opening the door for an eventual move despite BriseBois expressing no immediate desire to trade the star forward.

Several teams were floated as potential destinations for Kucherov, including the Montreal Canadiens, Utah Mammoth, Vegas Golden Knights, Dallas Stars, New York Rangers, and Chicago Blackhawks. Meanwhile, agent Dan Milstein confirmed that Predators prospect Egor Surin is expected to sign and join Nashville's organization at the end of the current season.
