Hart sustains injury, Vegas recalls Whitehead

The Vegas Golden Knights have recalled goaltender Cameron Whitehead from the AHL's Henderson Silver Knights following an injury to Carter Hart during Tuesday's morning skate. Head coach Ryan Craig stated that Hart is currently being evaluated. To manage salary cap constraints resulting from the recall, forward Jonas Rondbjerg was reassigned to Henderson, paving the way for Raphael Lavoie to return to the fourth line.

Whitehead will serve as the backup to starting netminder Adin Hill for Tuesday night's matchup against the Ottawa Senators. In other lineup moves, forward Mitch Marner is set to return following the birth of his child, while defenseman Ville Heinola is projected to make his debut for Vegas.
