Retiring London Broncos captain Will Lovell has been named the club's new reserves head coach following his retirement from professional rugby league. The 33-year-old forward hung up his boots after leading the club to a treble in 2026, which included lifting the 1895 Cup, the Championship League Leaders' Shield, and winning the Grand Final against Doncaster.
Lovell finishes his career as the Broncos' all-time record appearance holder with 210 games, surpassing Steele Retchless' previous benchmark of 202 matches. Over 15 years with the club, he spent five seasons as captain, won three championships, and scored 34 tries for London.
