Leeds Rhinos have already lost Ryan Hall - and another key man in their backline could be set for a shock transfer exit

Leeds Rhinos center Jack Bird could leave the club after his management reportedly offered his services to several Super League clubs. Although Bird signed a contract through the end of the 2027 season after joining midway through the campaign, his future under head coach Brad Arthur is now in doubt.
A potential permanent exit would free up significant salary cap space and an overseas quota spot for Leeds. This development follows the immediate retirement of winger Ryan Hall and the agreed signing of Catalans Dragons back Nick Cotric ahead of the 2027 season.
