Super League officials are preparing for an enormous crowd at Old Trafford for the upcoming Grand Final between Wakefield Trinity and Warrington Wolves. Following their unexpected semi-final victories, both clubs have seen surging ticket demand. Wakefield Trinity defeated Wigan Warriors 33-6 on Saturday, prompting over 12,500 Wakefield supporters to purchase tickets within 24 hours.

Warrington Wolves supporters have similarly bought over 15,000 tickets following their Friday win over Leeds Rhinos. The lower bowl and the Stretford End are essentially sold out, with the attendance potentially surpassing recent Grand Final crowds of over 68,000.
