Fabien Galthié has been forced to make four changes to the Les Bleus squad after injuries to Section Paloise’s Fabien Brau-Boirie, Stade Rochelais’ Antoine Hastoy and Karl Sorin, and Union Bordeaux Bègles’ Marko Gazzotti.

France head coach Fabien Galthié has called up four players to his squad ahead of next month's Nations Championship following injuries sustained in the Top 14. Nicolas Depoortère, Louis Le Brun, Thomas Laclayat, and Anthony Jelonch have been selected as replacements. They take the places of injured players Fabien Brau-Boirie, Antoine Hastoy, Karl Sorin, and Marko Gazzotti.
Brau-Boirie's knee injury is the most serious concern among the latest casualties. The squad was already weakened by the long-term absences of Matthieu Jalibert, Thomas Ramos, and Demba Bamba, who remain sidelined until late December. France currently leads the Northern Hemisphere pool with 12 points as they prepare to face Fiji, South Africa, and Argentina.
