Some kids learn rugby allegiances. Jaco Grobbelaar was born into his, right down to the family number plate.

Bulls forward Jaco Grobbelaar is living his childhood dream after progressing into the senior squad at Loftus Versfeld. Raised in Bloemfontein as a passionate Bulls supporter alongside his father, the 21-year-old advanced through SA Schools and the Junior Boks before making his senior breakthrough.
Grobbelaar highlighted his Currie Cup appearance against the Cheetahs as a standout memory at Loftus. Looking ahead, the former junior athletics competitor aims to establish himself as a regular in the Bulls' United Rugby Championship lineup and ultimately earn selection for the Springboks.
