Harlequins coach Jason Gilmore has expressed strong belief that he possesses the leadership skills required to turn the club's fortunes around. Gilmore stated he is the right man for the job following a heavy 48-0 defeat against Gloucester the previous week.
Gilmore hopes that the return of Marcus Smith for their match against Sale will help trigger a revival. He has challenged his squad to show character to avoid another setback and prevent another underperforming season.
