Ruan Nortjé has hailed Riley Norton's maturity and "tremendous potential" after getting to know the 20-year-old lock.

Springbok lock Ruan Nortje has praised 20-year-old lock Riley Norton, highlighting the youngster's maturity and immense potential. Norton is one of six uncapped players included in Rassie Erasmus' Springbok squad for the European leg of the Nations Championship, though he was not selected for Saturday's Test against Italy in Turin.
Norton previously captained the Junior Boks and played against the Barbarians in July before a hamstring injury delayed his Test debut against England. Nortje, who partners Salmaan Moerat against Italy, expressed excitement for Norton's future and stated he hopes to eventually pack down alongside him.
