Saracens have sacked Totoa Auvaa with immediate effect after an incident over the weekend - four months after the forward was involved in the nightclub altercation that preceded Ben Stokes' retirement from international cricket.

Saracens have dismissed Senior Men's Academy forward Totoa Auvaa with immediate effect following an incident in St Albans over the weekend. The rugby club confirmed the 21-year-old Samoan's departure on Monday evening after an internal investigation determined his conduct fell short of the organization's standards.
The sacking comes four months after Auvaa was involved in a June altercation at the Rex Rooms nightclub alongside England cricketers Ben Stokes and Gus Atkinson. Although Saracens previously supported Auvaa after that June event—which preceded Stokes' international retirement—the club took decisive action following the latest unspecified weekend incident.
