Alex Lozowski admits he was left “bewildered” by the end of his Saracens career and is determined to keep his emotions in check when Sale Sharks return to StoneX Stadium.

Sale Sharks back Alex Lozowski admitted he was left bewildered by the way his Saracens career ended ahead of his return to StoneX Stadium. The versatile back found himself limited to domestic cup matches and left out of Premiership fixtures despite being fully fit.
Lozowski stated he was surprised when coach Adam Powell informed him of Saracens' plan to alter their playing style with a heavier defensive focus under Brendan Venter. Preparing to face his former side, Lozowski acknowledged that he must rein himself in and keep his emotions under control.
