AOTG Sport, the company backing the R360 all-star rugby startup, has dismissed a compulsory strike-off notice from Companies House as an accounting error. Co-led by Rugby World Cup winner Mike Tindall and former Bath coach Stuart Hooper, the organization was issued a two-month ultimatum to submit overdue financial records or face being dissolved.
The regulatory action followed a failure to submit required company accounts that were due in July, covering financial performance through the end of December 2025. Company representatives maintained that the missing paperwork stemmed from an error rather than broader operational issues.
