Last season, the Welsh club earned 55 points from 11 wins and seven defeats, securing qualification for the Champions Cup. Key returning performers include fly-half Callum Sheedy alongside attacking threats Cam Winnett, Jacob Bentham, and Mason Grady, while flanker Daniel Thomas registered 247 tackles and 16 turnovers.
The squad has been reinforced with several key additions ahead of the new campaign, including Australian international Scott Sio from Exeter Chiefs and returning fly-half Jarrod Evans from Harlequins. Other new arrivals include Tom Manz, Semisi Paea, Le Roux Malan, and loan signing Ioan Emanuel from Bath. Cardiff stand at 2/1 odds to finish as the top Welsh region and 13/8 to secure a top-eight finish.
