Pakistan fast bowler Haris Rauf has signed with the Adelaide Strikers for the entire KFC BBL|16 season. The 32-year-old pacer moves from the Melbourne Stars, where he previously claimed 56 wickets across 33 Big Bash matches. His signing completes the Strikers' allocation of three overseas players alongside England all-rounder Ben Stokes and New Zealand's Mark Chapman.
Head coach Tim Paine highlighted Rauf's proven match-winning ability and high pace as vital additions to the squad. Rauf is scheduled to make his competitive debut for Adelaide on December 16 against the Sydney Thunder in Canberra.
