Italy head coach Roberto Mancini has confirmed his 23-man squad for the UEFA Nations League match against Turkiye in Bologna. Mancini trimmed his 30-man group by leaving out seven players, while 18-year-old Borussia Dortmund prospect Samuele Inacio earned a place in the matchday squad for the first time during the current international break.
The seven players omitted from the squad are Massimo Pessina, Eddy Kouadio, Daniele Ghilardi, Diego Coppola, Samuele Ricci, Rolando Mandragora, and Mohamed Ali Zoma. Inacio previously debuted in a June friendly under Silvio Baldini and remains eligible to represent Brazil until he features in a competitive senior match.
