The Los Angeles Lakers are awaiting the debut of center Walker Kessler, who has been sidelined due to a jammed left pinky finger. Kessler participated in a full practice on Sunday and expressed optimism about his progress, noting that his absence from games is precautionary as he works with team trainers.
Head coach JJ Redick stated that Kessler will see live action at some point during the week. While Redick did not commit to Kessler playing in Tuesday's matchup against the Golden State Warriors, he did not rule out the possibility entirely.
