The Chargers (0-6) have an 18 percent chance at the No. 1 pick, while the Eagles' playoff chances have dipped to 14 percent.

Six weeks into the season, NFL draft projections show significant movement at the top of the 2027 draft board following key results and injuries. The Philadelphia Eagles have seen their top-five draft pick chances climb to 34 percent after losing quarterback Jalen Hurts for the rest of the season. Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Chargers hold a 67 percent chance of landing a top-five selection, currently projecting at No. 3.
The projections also highlight shifting draft fortunes for the Arizona Cardinals, whose upset win over the Los Angeles Rams dropped their top-five odds to 32 percent. The Indianapolis Colts dismissed general manager Chris Ballard and hold a 24 percent chance at the No. 1 pick. Ohio State wide receiver Jeremiah Smith is viewed as the top overall prospect, creating potential draft dilemmas for quarterback-needy franchises.
