Walker, the reigning Super Bowl MVP, was bottled up by Seattle's defense as the Seahawks snapped their two-game losing streak.

The Seattle Seahawks handed the Kansas City Chiefs their first defeat of the season with a dominant 20-3 victory at Lumen Field on Sunday night. Seattle's defense completely neutralized former teammate Kenneth Walker III, limiting him to just 36 rushing yards on 14 carries in his return to Seattle. Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes was held to 165 passing yards, an interception, and zero touchdowns as Kansas City failed to reach the red zone.
Offensively, Seattle was propelled by quarterback Sam Darnold, who threw for 257 yards and a 28-yard touchdown to Jaxon Smith-Njigba. Smith-Njigba finished with nine receptions for 150 yards, while Emanuel Wilson paced the ground game with 100 yards and a score. The Seahawks converted 11 of 16 third downs to improve to 4-3, while the Chiefs dropped to 5-1.
