NHL Player Safety sidelined the Chicago rookie following a dangerous third-period collision that sent New York's top scorer to the locker room for a medical evaluation.

Chicago Blackhawks forward Frank Nazar has been suspended for two games by NHL Player Safety. The ban follows an illegal check to the head of New York Islanders captain Bo Horvat at UBS Arena on Thursday night.
The hit occurred at 18:27 of the third period during New York's 4-1 victory over Chicago and sparked a late line brawl. Horvat, who scored twice in the matchup, was cleared to play in the Islanders' subsequent game against the Tampa Bay Lightning.
