Nearly two months after her 30th mixed martial arts victory, Cris Cyborg considers the circumstances surrounding her Aug. 22 bout with fellow Brazilian Ketlen Vieira in Tampa, Fla., to be "extremely unusual."

Former UFC fighter Ketlen Vieira has received a six-month suspension following a positive drug test after her bout against Cris Cyborg. Vieira tested positive for a WADA-banned steroidal substance, as confirmed by Mohegan Tribe Department of Athletic Regulation director Mike Mazzulli.
The test occurred following Vieira's unanimous decision loss to Cyborg at PFL Tampa on August 22. Before that bout, Vieira also missed weight by over seven pounds, turning what was scheduled to be a title fight into a non-title contest.
