Seven NBA reporters compiled a consensus ranking of the league's top 100 players heading into the 2026-27 season, unveiling positions 100 through 51. The list features a mix of established veterans, rising stars, and incoming rookies evaluated by a panel using a cumulative points system. The second half of the countdown, covering players ranked from 50 to 1, is scheduled for release the following day.
Among the highlighted players are top rookie AJ Dybantsa joining the Washington Wizards, alongside veteran additions across the league such as Paul George with the Boston Celtics and Jimmy Butler with the Golden State Warriors. The rankings also detail key roles for returning contributors, including Ja Morant and Damian Lillard in Portland, as well as Myles Turner stepping into a larger role for the Milwaukee Bucks.
