The Los Angeles Lakers will enter Friday night’s matchup with the Clippers without forward Jake LaRavia after he was ruled out with a right ankle sprain.
Los Angeles Lakers forward Jake LaRavia has been ruled out of Friday's game against the Los Angeles Clippers after rolling his right ankle. The 24-year-old sustained the injury late in Wednesday's 127-105 season-opening win over the Golden State Warriors, where he recorded 10 points in 18 minutes. No firm timetable has been set for his return.
Head coach JJ Redick will adjust his rotation alongside other absences, including Adou Thiero and Cameron Carr. However, guard Collin Sexton has been cleared to make his Lakers debut after recovering from a right calf injury that kept him out of the preseason and the season opener.
