The Chicago Bears marched to a 31-23 victory over the Atlanta Falcons in Week 6. At times, it was easy to forget that Chicago was playing an away game.
Atlanta Falcons head coach Kevin Stefanski admitted his team had to use a silent snap count during their home game against the Chicago Bears due to crowd noise. Visiting Chicago supporters filled Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Week 6, effectively eliminating Atlanta's home-field advantage as the Bears secured a 31-23 victory.
The large contingent of Bears fans impacted the Falcons' offense, which managed just 3-of-12 conversions on third down and held possession for only 19:52. Quarterback Michael Penix Jr. and the Atlanta offense struggled to establish rhythm while Chicago controlled the clock for over 40 minutes.
