AC Milan survived a late Atalanta comeback to secure a 3-2 victory at home in Serie A. Goncalo Ramos opened the scoring with a penalty before Adrien Rabiot doubled Milan's lead. Mario Gila then added a third goal, heading home after Ramos failed to convert a second penalty.
Atalanta responded late in the second half through substitute Gianluca Gaetano and an 81st-minute goal from Nikola Krstovic. Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignan made a crucial late stop against Davide Zappacosta to preserve all three points.
