Reggiani has been constantly linked with a move away from Dortmund now that he has fallen down the pecking order.

Borussia Dortmund has concluded that 18-year-old defender Luca Reggiani is "not at the necessary level" to satisfy their expectations, according to a report from Kicker.de. Due to falling down the pecking order, a winter transfer is considered likely after move concepts were initially advanced during the summer window.
The Italian Under-21 international has been linked with potential interest from both Inter Milan and AC Milan. Reggiani has played just 50 minutes this season, though any permanent departure could still demand a decent fee given his Dortmund contract runs through 2029.
