This former Lightning forward has landed a PTO with the Rangers.

The New York Rangers have signed former Tampa Bay Lightning forward Luke Glendening to a professional tryout agreement. The 37-year-old previously signed a PTO with the Lightning ahead of this year's training camp but did not earn a full contract for the season.
New York's decision to bring in Glendening follows an injury to Joe Veleno, who is expected to be sidelined for multiple months. If Glendening earns a roster spot, he provides the Rangers with additional depth for their fourth-line center role and penalty-killing unit.
